It has outstanding durability. Flex Ti™ Titanium, for instance, is fully resistant to chlorine chemicals.  CGS™ Flex Ti™ offers superior performance to many materials like 316 Stainless Steels. Flex Ti™ Super Flex is a compound blend of Titanium and PTFE (TFM). This offers a flexibility like standard PTFE gaskets.  Flex Ti™ bendable offers more strength with more Titanium. The material is used in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and bio pharm industry.

Flex Ti™ – This is our own compound blend of PTFE (TFM) and Titanium. This is one our best materials for high purity water and clean steam. This is Idea for WFI systems and Ultrapure steam. It has outstanding leak-proof performance.

It has superior creep resistance and is excellent on expansion and contraction stability (minimal thermal expansion).

This has a non-stick surface. The Titanium content offers the very best resistance to rouging especially at high temperatures.
