CGS™ laser engraved Identifier™ gaskets program is a reliable way to identify all your gaskets. We can Laser engrave on the outer rim of a gasket. We can engrave any Identification Information. We can laser engraved serial numbers, product codes, part numbers, line numbers, dates, names, order numbers and many other types of data. We also have CGS™ Identifier™ tabbed orifice plates. We can Laser etch information on the tab to include bar codes. Laser engraved sanitary gaskets, screens and orifice plates can insure permanent batch and/or lot traceability.

Packaging

CGS™ offers custom packaging. We can do custom labels for all products. We can do most types of customer specified packing requirements. We can bag or box to special quantities.  

CGS™ offers cleanroom-packed sanitary gaskets. Gaskets can be Gamma Irradiated and packaged to specifications. We can also offer gaskets packaged validated sterile.
