FKM
FKM – Fluoroelastomer that has excellent mechanical, chemical, and heat resistance. FKM is particularly well suited for hot fatty oil products. It works extremely well in most applications that have high temperatures and steam. FKM is especially good for hard vacuum service because of its high molecular weight and low gas permeability. It has good flexibility, 0°F to 400°F under continuous duty. It will take higher temperatures for short periods of time.
Rated at -2°F to 440°F. Colors are Black, White and Blue. This has FDA, USP class VI Compliance.
