Security Gauge Protector Gaskets are made for the safety and protection of your gauge’s diaphragms. They also give an added layer of protection for all your Sanitary Clamp hoses, gauges and pump connections. Gauge diaphragms, for instance, can be damaged during autoclaving and routine maintenance. Pump head connections can become dented and dinged. Security gauge protectors can help to stop these expensive issues. They are designed to fit over clamp connections and snap into place. The heavy platinum cured silicone has a 316 stainless steel perforated plate and a harness for holding while not in use. It has a perforated plate, so steam will completely permeate when the gauge is placed in an autoclave. Gauge Protector gaskets are fantastic for sanitary hose storage.
