Pure white enhanced white gaskets are gaining popularity in the food beverage and pharmaceutical industries. White gaskets are cleaner and offer a non-pigmented carbon free material. Pure white gasket materials, including FKM High Temperature, offer a steam resistance gasket for all CIP and SIP needs. They come in many types of styles including sanitary clamp (Tri-Clamp®) gaskets. This makes it a choice gasket material in a wide range of applications. CGS™ enhanced pure white gasket materials are Phthalate (DEHP) Free and FDA, USP Class VI. Available in Stay in Place Alignment (SIPA™).

The CGS™ enhanced pure white gaskets have virtually no TOC (Total Organic Carbons). In sanitary gasket materials any amount of carbon found is often an indicator of quality, purity and overall cleanliness. A typical analysis can show that enhanced pure white materials have total carbons at less than 5ppm.
Enhanced pure white sanitary gaskets leaves no residue comes off ferrules clean. Leaves no tracks and adds nothing.
